Financial Policy
Payment is required at the time of service. For those with dental insurance, we will file claims as a courtesy to our patients and we gladly accept payments from most insurance companies. This will reduce your immediate, out of pocket expenditures. However, we will collect the estimated portion of your fee at the time of service. Please keep in mind that this is only an estimate. If there is any remaining balance after your insurance pays, your credit card on file will be charged for that amount. You are responsible for the timely payment of your account. Any balance not paid in full within 60 days of the date of service is subject to collection.
If you do not have dental insurance, we are pleased to offer the following payment options:
- 5% accounting courtesy with a payment in full by cash or check.
- Visa, Discover or Master Card.
