Scheduling

We always attempt to schedule appointments at your convenience and when time is available. Preschool children are rested in the morning and their visits are ideally scheduled then. School children, with a lot of work to be done, need to be seen in the morning for the same reason. Dental appointments are an excused absence. Missing school can be kept to a minimum when regular dental care is continued.

Since appointed times are reserved exclusively for each patient, we ask that you notify our office 48 hours in advance of your scheduled time if you are unable to keep your appointment. Another patient who needs our care could be scheduled if we have sufficient time to notify them. We realize that unexpected things can happen, but we ask for your assistance in this regard. We reserve the right to charge a $50 cancellation fee for any appointment cancelled without a 48 hour notice. Also, if you arrive 10-15 minutes late for your appointment, you may be asked to reschedule for the next available appointment time.

We make every effort to stay on schedule in order to minimize waiting at the time of your appointment. There are times when our schedule is delayed in order to accommodate a child for an emergency visit. Please accept our apology in advance should this occur during your appointment. Your understanding and patience are very much appreciated. If you have pain or an emergency situation, every attempt will be made to see you that day
